No but seriously, can we talk about this?
Like..who the fuck are you, Madonna? She is the Queen of Pop and doesn’t look like the Alien.
BTW, she didn’t design it. The guy who did all her cone bra outfits designed it. He probably did it before Gaga hit the road.
I like Gaga but seriously! Little Monsters need to STFU!
Seriously, Little Monsters need stop skipping History and hit the books. Madge has her own vibe and so does GaGa. Leave it alone.

THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD - OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN
Olivia Newton-John’s cover of the Beatles classic is probably my favorite version of the song. At times, it almost seems as if the song was written for the purity in her tone; for some reason it just feels right. One of the strengths in this cover is the production. This cut appeared on her 1976 album “Come On Over” and cemented her status as a crossover star in the country/adult contemporary/pop markets. The opening harp line coupled with her near trembling voice at the end is honest and sincere, and not in an overproduced, too schmaltzy fashion. She did justice to the lyric of the song, but brought out the richness of the chord changes in the composition. She lingers on those progressions letting them tug at the heartstrings, something I would’ve liked to hear more from the Paul McCartney original. All in all, she accomplished the near-insurmountable task of successfully covering a Beatles song.
